QUOTING MANAGER

We currently have a Quoting Manager position available. This position oversees the developments and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency. Manufacturing experience required and machining experience preferred with a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MASTER SCHEDULER/SHIPPING SUPERVISOR

We currently have a Master Scheduler/Shipping Supervisor position available. This position will convert demand into a master production schedule using ERP system and update daily as required; coordinates with quoting, production and engineering to achieve customer required delivery dates; proactively communicates across the organization regarding scheduling issues and opportunities; applies planning, scheduling, and inventory management techniques to insure the integrity and achievement of the production plan, with focus on the continuous improvement of all processes; supervises shipping department.

Successful candidates will have 3+ years experience in a production planning/scheduling role; be organized and able to manage multiple changing priorities while meeting deadlines; strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to interface with personnel at all levels of the business including customers; previous supervisory experience; excellent problem solving skills and demonstrated analytical ability; detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.  Prefer AS or BS degree, but will look at a combination of education and experience.
